Build3 made public for Demo consumption

After 2 months of internal testing and bug squashing, Build version 3 has been released as the official Demo build for the King and Ai.  Please feel free to test it out.  There is plenty of work to be done on the third town which involves the final portion of Chapter 1.  I intend to fix all the missing collision detectors and create the Item, Weapons, and local houses for this major town.
